About me

I tried everything wrong before I found what works

I'm a mom of two. Ages 7 and 4. And for years, I did what most women do — I ran, I underate, I did the workouts that magazines and Instagram told me would work. My hair was falling out. I was exhausted. I tore my meniscus getting up off the floor holding a baby, and it took months to even get it diagnosed because my doctor didn't think that was possible.

I thought that was just what getting older felt like.

Then I started lifting. Really lifting. And everything changed. Within six months my joints felt stable. I had energy. I was eating more than I ever had and looking better than I ever had. I could jump on the trampoline with my kids — and if you're a mom, you know how rare that is.

What took me years of trial and error to figure out is what I now teach my clients from day one: eat enough, lift heavy, and build a body that gives back more than it takes. I got my NASM certification because I wanted to do this right. My background as a postpartum nurse means I understand what women's bodies go through — but honestly, it was my own experience that taught me the most.

I'm not here to sell you a quick fix. I'm here because I know what it feels like to be stuck, and I know the way out.

The philosophy

Hard work that gives back

I'm not going to tell you this is easy. It's hard work. But it's hard work that fuels you instead of draining you. You'll eat more than you think you should. You'll lift heavier than you thought you could. And the strength you build doesn't disappear when life gets busy — it's yours.

I believe women deserve better than what they've been sold. Better than crash diets, punishment cardio, and doctors who dismiss what they're feeling. I want to help you advocate for yourself, know your body, and feel proud of what it can do.
