The Strong Start is my 10-session program for women who are ready to try strength training but aren't sure where to begin. By the end, you'll know your way around a barbell and have the confidence to keep going on your own — or with me.
What you'll learn
Foundational movement patterns
Squat, hinge, press, pull — the movements everything else builds on.
Barbell fundamentals
Back squat, deadlift, bench press. Proper form and how to load safely.
Bracing and breathing
How to stabilize your core under load — the skill that makes everything safer.
Building a routine that works
How to structure training around your actual schedule, energy, and life.
Confidence to train independently
By session 10, you'll know what you're doing and why. That's the whole point.
How it works
30 minutes to talk about your goals and make sure we're a good fit.
I'll evaluate how you move and build your program around it. Not counted as one of your 10.
We work through the program at your pace. Once a week, twice a week — whatever fits your life.
Most of my clients continue into ongoing coaching or Foundation. But you'll have everything you need to go on your own.
