Pretty Strong Foundation is my 12-week coaching program for women who are ready to commit. I'll build your programming, guide your nutrition, and be with you every step — so you can build strength, feel confident, and actually enjoy the process.
What's included
Custom training program
2-3 workouts per week, designed around your goals, experience, and schedule. Adjusted as you progress.
Nutrition and habit guidance
Not a meal plan — real guidance on how to fuel your training and build sustainable habits that stick.
Coaching sessions
Weekly for the first 4 weeks, biweekly after that. 8 sessions total — more hands-on at the start, more independence as you go.
Form review via video
Send clips between sessions. I review your form and send feedback so you're always improving.
Messaging support
Questions between sessions? I respond within 24 hours. You're never left guessing.
The 12-week journey
We start hands-on. You're learning the movements, dialing in nutrition, and building the consistency everything else depends on. I check in weekly to keep you on track.
The habits are forming. Now we push. Progressive loading, more confidence under the bar, and real changes starting to show — in how you look, how you feel, and how you move.
By now you know what you're doing. We shift to biweekly check-ins and I start preparing you to own your training — whether that's continuing with me or going on your own.
Flexible options
The base program is virtual at $950. In-person coaching and additional sessions are available at adjusted rates. We'll figure out the right fit on your intro call.
